VFW membership brings together veterans of overseas conflicts through shared experiences, lasting camaraderie, mutual support, and a continued commitment to serving those who have served our nation.

As a member of Golden Gate VFW Post 7721, you become part of a welcoming community dedicated to supporting veterans, their families, strengthening local connections, and preserving the bonds of military service.

Membership provides opportunities to stay engaged, serve alongside fellow veterans, participate in Post activities and community initiatives, and help carry forward the traditions, values, and mission of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Benefits of Membership

Enjoy the camaraderie and fellowship of the nation’s largest organization of combat veterans, assistance securing the benefits you have earned, and discounts on select insurance and healthcare plans.

Membership Dues

Annual membership is $40 per year, although dues may vary by state of residence. Choose a one-time Life Membership payment or use the available 12-month installment plan.

Are You Eligible?

If you are a U.S. citizen who served honorably in the Armed Forces and participated in an overseas conflict, you may be eligible to join. Active-duty, Reserve, and National Guard service members may also join while still serving.

Requirements & Submission

Provide proof of honorable service in a qualifying foreign conflict or campaign along with your personal contact information. Deliver or mail the completed membership form and dues to your local VFW Post.
