Occupancy up to 120 guests with a private bar for your event.

Front Hall

Occupancy up to 100 guests for gatherings and celebrations.

Meeting Room

Holds up to 10 people and includes a 70″ monitor for online meetings.

Services & requirements

Support for your event.

In-house bartenders serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic events. Required staffing is based on guest count and event type.
Onsite catering is available with limited kitchen access. Lessees must provide liability insurance for limited kitchen use.
Onsite security is required, with one security person assigned to secure the private exterior event entrance.
